Fermenting Workshop
Sunday, April 21st, 10 AM-11 AM, Eden Gardens, North Ryde
Join this workshop by an experienced fermenter to learn how to safely ferment fruit and vegetables. It is a skill worth having, because fermented foods increase the diversity of our internal ecosystem – gut flora – by feeding beneficial organisms which are the building blocks of our immune system and impact mental health. Think about fermenting as packing health into a jar!
During the session you will see examples of finished products. What’s better, you will make a jar of seasonal kraut to take home! There will be ample time to ask questions and fermenting recipes will be emailed to you after the workshop.
Please bring an apron and a small knife. All jars and vegetables will be supplied.

I finally found what I’ve been looking for. After tonight’s Ep of GA I can’t wait to emerge myself in everything Moss House. If you have a database with info and upcoming events then please put me on it. I don’t want to miss a thing.
Thanks
Paula
Hi Paula,
I advertise all upcoming workshops open to the public on this page and on the Moss House Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/moss.house.au/ which you can subscribe to.
I also run workshops for community groups (members only) and for private groups. These workshops are not publicly advertised for obvious reasons.
If you would like to know more, please email me on info@mosshouse.com.au
Cheers

Hi. I live near Brisbane but would like to attend a Healing Herbs workshop (my top of the list of about 6 of your workshops). Could you please tell me when the next one is on and I can try and arrange attendance. Thank you.

Hi Maree,
Please see my response to Paula above.
